This survey is for funeral directors who would like the option to follow-up with a phone Survey Mailercall. When done properly, phone calls increase the number of preneed funeral sales and preneed insurance sales. This survey does a good job of preparing the respondents for a phone call.

In addition to general survey questions, this survey shows View PDFexamples of premium payments and promotes insurance as a viable prefunding choice. Funeral directors have the option to purchase the "What Do I Do Now" planning guide available on this website to give as a gift to survey respondents.

However, in lieu of the purchase the funeral director can use a different planning guide that they may already have in stock. Offering a gift increases the number of returned surveys.

Survey Price: $594 per 1,000 / minimum purchase of 1,000. Call or email to obtain counts for the zip codes to mail.
