This survey is for funeral directors who wish to educate the community about preneed Survey Mailerwithout making follow-up phone calls. This survey request the recipient return it and has a very clear statement that they will not be contacted by the funeral home.

In addition to general survey questions, this survey shows View PDFexamples of premium payments and promotes insurance as a viable prefunding choice. Funeral directors have the option to purchase the "What Do I Do Now" planning guide available on this website to give as a gift to survey respondents.

However, in lieu of the purchase the funeral director can use a different planning guide that they may already have in stock. Offering a gift increases the number of returned surveys.

Survey Price: $594 per 1,000 / minimum purchase of 1,000. Call or email to obtain counts for the zip codes to mail.

This option is for buying a "LIST" of the names/addresses mailed to in your order. This list also includes phone numbers that are available.

This option is for printing the purchaser's own postage paid return envelopes with purchaser's return address in lieu of having responses sent to our response center.
