This survey is for those who wish to inform the community about their Survey Mailercemetery property and services and affordable financing programs. It offers information on how to preplan and the costs involved.

It also determines the community's cemetery preferences, awareness of being able to make cemetery View PDFplans in advance and knowledge of the benefits of prepaying cemetery expenses.

The survey offers a Planning Guide to those who complete and return it. Offering a gift increases the number of returned surveys. Gifts offered are the responsibility of the survey purchaser.

This survey can be edited to provide different gifts or no gift. 

Survey Price: $594 per 1,000 / minimum purchase of 1,000. Call or email to obtain counts for the zip codes to mail.

To Order Survey - Enter the survey count you want to order into the Quantity box below and then select either or both options, if desired. Click the Add to cart button. The Extra Purchases listed to the right can be added to the cart afterwards.

This option is for buying a "LIST" of the names/addresses mailed to in your order. This list also includes phone numbers that are available.

This option is for printing the purchaser's own postage paid return envelopes with purchaser's return address in lieu of having responses sent to our response center.
