Aftercare Outreach Program - (We Mail) This program is for those who want us to do all the work. We mail four 30-36 page booklets "The Family Care Series" during the 1st, 3rd, 6th, and 11th month following a loss to death. The fifth book "During The Holidays" is mailed by the 15th of November to be received during the holiday season. The first mailing includes a custom letter naming you as the provider of the program. All of the mailing envelopes will include your funeral home name. Each book addresses issues that are commonly experienced at times that the books are received. Each edition includes practical support and information, personal stories and inspirational quotes. In books three and four there is an added section that includes a collection of thoughts, stories, notions and expressions intended to be more upbeat, for "down the road"! To Get Started:
Enter the number of beneficiary subscriptions you wish to purchase into the quantity box below. You will recieve a confirmation email and link for entering their information.
Most funeral homes purchase the mailing subscriptions once per month. It can be done more frequently if desired. After your purchase an email will be sent to you with a link to enter the names and mailing information for the individuals (Beneficiaries) who should receive the books.
For Example: This month you might have 10 funerals/cremations. Maybe you had a couple ship-outs and you only want to purchase 8 subscriptions for those families who are local. Your email link will give you a form to complete the funeral home information that is put on the mailing envelope and enclosed letter and forms for entering information for 8 beneficiaries.
